What does it mean in Latin? [...] obiit M. D. CCC. XXIII calendis novembris. [...] hic natus est Conradus. I know here is a date, but what does the rest of the sentence mean? thanks in advanced :)

I believe it refers to the date he (Conradus) is born... natus est being 'is born' :)

...he died in 1823 on November 1... He (or "here") was born Conrad.
