Non ho mai visto questo costruzione: "mi sa" (significa: "immagino; suppongo" ?)

Dipende un po' dal contesto, ma il senso è più o meno quello che hai proposto. Anche: Ho idea che... / Ho il sospetto che... / Credo che... / Mi sembra che...
