Is there any Spanish people who live in Shanghai now?

I want to practise my Spanish as much as possible,but i don't know some Spanish friends for my not being major in Spanish.People from the Internet are good,but i can't practise much if i am not online .So is there any Spanish people in Shanghai now?We can help each other with the languages.If you want to learn or practise Chinese and Shanghaines,i can help you as well.If you are the one i am looking for,please let me know.Thank you.Students are better.
