"Ingilizce'sini" and "Ingilizce de" tell different things.
İngilizce de çok iyi biliyorum. = I know English very well, too. >> DE refers to TOO [That means you know some other languages and English is one of them, too.]
(Onun) İngilizce'sini de çok iyi biliyorum. = I know its English very well, too. (I know it in English very well, too.) SİNİ refers to ITS or IN [That means you know it in some other languages and English is one of those languages, too.]
-(s)i is noun phrase. [im,-in,-i,-imiz,-iniz,-leri]
Benim İnglizce'm çok iyi.
Onun İngilizce'si çok iyi.
Senin İngilizce'n çok iyi.
Bizim İngilizce'miz çok iyi.
Sizin İngilizce'niz çok iyi.
Onların İngilizce'leri çok iyi.
---There must be an apostrophe after İngilizce because it is proper name.
