400 slag / Kent

Additional Details:

I'm trying to translate lyrics of Kent's songs.
I can't understand the meaning "slag"

What does "slag" mean in this case???

And what is a difference of "låt" and "visa"?

In this case, "slag" means "träffar" and refers to when the person in the song was young and could stand up straight after 400 hits from his/her friend.

A "visa" is a poem made up of verse rows, that is meant to be performed to a melody. With or without music. While a song is meant to be performed from a song text, not a poem, and with music.
