I have seen:
hal tatahaddath al-engliziya?
and
hal tatakalam al-engliziya?
What is the difference?

I think it's like( speak) & (talk) in English they are often used interchangeably. However the word (hadeeth) is more formal & used in the MSA.
for example in the MSA we say:
أنا أتحدث اللغة العربية ....I speak the Arabic Language.
While in our dialects we can say
أنا أتكلم اللغة العربية أو أنا أتكلم عربي
for example in the MSA we say:
أنا أتحدث اللغة العربية ....I speak the Arabic Language.
While in our dialects we can say
أنا أتكلم اللغة العربية أو أنا أتكلم عربي
الكلام هو النطق بالشيئ، أما الحديث فيتضمن الكلام ويكون عادة بين شخصين أو أكثر،
و نستطيع القول أيضا أن الحديث هو كلام متواتر (منقول من شخص لآخر)
إن أخطأت فمن نفسي، وإن أصبت فمن الله
