    В русском языке слова можно менять местами. И тот, и тот ответ правильный.

    They are both correct. It depends on what you want to say. The last word has the main or logical accent in Russian:
    Я тебя люблю. - I do LOVE you.
    Я люблю тебя. - I love YOU (only you and no one else).
    You can say too: Тебя люблю я. - You are loved by ME (only me and nobody else) but it is used very seldom.

    There are other possibilities and you can hear: 1) Люблю я тебя (понимаешь). - I am supposed to hate or dislike you but nevertheless I love you. 2) Да люблю я тебя, люблю (только отстань). - If somebody always asks you whether you love her/him or not and you make her/him believe that you do.
