to be - быть
is, am, are - есть
But usually in Russian they omit this word (in present only). Example: Я молодой. Она красивая. Мы - студенты. (I am young. She is beautiful. We are students).
was, were - он был, она была, оно было, они были.
In future - я буду, ты будешь, он/она будет, мы будем, вы будете, они будут.
To have - иметь. (I have - я имею, you have - ты имеешь/Вы имеете, He has - он имеет).
But usually they use another construction:
I have something - У меня есть что-то.
You have... - У тебя/Вас есть...
