Come si fa per iniziare una conversazione con un superiore senza essere troppo amichevole.
"Buongiorno, come va?/come sta lei?" --> questa e l'unica forma che so utilizzare ma mi sembra sbagliata...

"Buongiorno, come sta ?" (Il "lei" non è necessario)

Il "grazie" è ovviamente (O_O) opzionale.

Oltre "buongiorno", è possibile utilizzare anche "salve", che a mio parere è più formale.
Poi le circostanze sicuramente vogliono sempre che si chieda "come sta?".
"Come va?" è meno formale, più amichevole.
