It can use そと（に）いきたいですか。 too.
Japanese laungadge is diffecult in grammer......
Also, at, in, on, etc is difficult for me......

そとにいきたいのですか。
want to~ = 「～（し）たい」
（し）is change by verb.

It's very difficult!
