Is समय रहते an idiom?
इन मासूम बच्चों का ध्यान रखने वाले चिड़ियाघर के कर्मचारियों और जानवरों के डॉक्टरों ने समय रहते इंटरनेट पर एक विज्ञापन दे दिया.

समय = Time
समय रहते means while there was still time. (in time)
Eg.
Mareez ko samay rehte ilaaz mila isliye uski jaan bach saki = The patient was treated on time that is why his life could be saved.
eg.2
Achchha hua mujhey samay rehte exam ka pata chal gaya. Nahi to mera eam chhoot jata - It is good I came to know about the eaxm while there was still time or else I would have missed it.

Samay rehte illaj naa milne ke karan bahut se logon ki maut ho gai - Many people lost their lives because they couldn't get treatment on time.
