شده is past and می شه is Future point is that we some time use them for question 2 :
گذشته :اوموفق شده یا او موفق شده است = past : he Has succeeded or has been succeeded
اینده : او فاغ التحصیل می شه Future: He'll be graduating
سوالی : می شه خودت رو معرفی کنی = question:Will you introduce yourself ?
سوالی :تا حالا شده که غمگین بشی = question: 're Ever sad ?
