I'm getting' a lil bit confused!

Do Russians use the words: myself, yourself, himself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves with the word "сам" only??? Or they use equals for every single word of them?

Look at this site http://www.russianlessons.net/grammar/pronouns.php. I think that there is told clear.

We don't use such pronouns in the same meaning like they are used in English. We use the endings "-ся", "-сь" instead of them. For example,

He shaves himself every other day.
    Он бреетСЯ через день.
(я бреюсь, ты бреешься, мы бреемся, вы бреетесь, они бреются).
We call such kind of verbs determinative.

The word "сам (сама, сами)" in Russian has another meaning.
This word refers to the determinative pronouns that point to a generalized indication of the subject. It can be used in the meaning of the particle, which increases the importance of the personal pronouns and other words. For example,
"Ты сам знаешь, что нужно делать!" - the word сам increases the importance of the personal pronoun ты here.
Yes, we do use such words, but you better ask more specific

"Сам" (feminine form - сама, neuter - само, plural - сами) can mean "on one's own", "by oneself".
Я сама решила эту сложную проблему. (I solved this difficult problem myself) - noone helped me.

It can also have the meaning that Alice explained above :
Cам президент вручил награду герою. - The president himself granted the award to the hero.

You should also consider the pronoun "себя", which doesn't have gender or number forms, but has case forms. It's a reflexive pronoun that refers back to persons or objects performing an action affecting themselves.

В 6 часов утра он с трудом заставил себя встать с кровати. - At 6 in the morning he forced himself to get up.

You can read more about the pronoun себя here http://masterrussian.com/aa102100a.shtml
