What does होती mean in this paragraph?
सब का यही मानना है कि एक्ट्रेस की आंतरिक सुन्दरता तो उन्हें जन्मजात ही मिलती है. ऐसा मानने के पीछे सबसे बडा कारण है, कि वे होती ही इतनी सुन्दर है.

here it is simple 'are'. u must be aware of that we use hota/hoti/hote also when we are telling fact.
