Of course we speak Dutch in our daily life! This is really a strange question. Why do people outside of Europe think our mother tongue is English? It's like asking do people in Vietnam speak Chinese.
Actually out of anger I thumbed your question down. But I will repair that. Your question is then not seen by others and that would be unfair to you. Nevertheless, please try to counter that crazy thought in China that people in the Netherlands, or in countries like Denmark , Norway, speak English to each other in their daily life. They might be good in speaking the language, it is never ever used in your own domestic environment, never. If you work in trade or in an international company, you might use it at work, but even then not to a countryman. Sorry I found this almost an insulting question.
