E' possibile riportare esempi "errati" dall'inglese che aiutano a comprendere il senso degli errori dell'equivalente italiano. Intendo dire che è come riportare esempi paralleli di errori in inglese.
Corretto:Il ministro degli Esteri Von Ribbentrop DIEDE ORDINE al suo collaboratore Franz Rademacher di predisporlo.
Calare IL sipario su un avvenimento.
Scorretto:Il ministro degli Esteri Von Ribbentrop diede UN(lL) ordine al suo collaboratore Franz Rademacher di predisporlo.
Calare UN sipario su un avvenimento
Corretto:Il ministro degli Esteri Von Ribbentrop DIEDE ORDINE al suo collaboratore Franz Rademacher di predisporlo.

Calare un or il ... it depends on how many sipari there are.
Caliamo un sipario (one among others, we can leave up others about the same argument)
Caliamo il sipario (one, the only one)
It is always the difference among definitive, determinativi, and indefinite, indeterminativi, articles.
Do you have clear them and it ?

If I write :
diede un ordine al suo collaboratore Franz Rademacher : di predisporre (l'incontro).
diede l'ordine al [...] di predisporre (l'incontro).
It is correct anyway just like : diede ordine di predisporre
Obviously one should know the English sentence in order to choose the best translation possible
Other examples :
dare ordine di ritirata, unspecified
dare un ordine di ritirata, one among the many
dare l'ordine di ritirata, the one specific
