In Spanish, why am I seeing conjugations like pa'

    Pa' means Para. Pa' is the contraction of Para. It isn't a conjugation:
    For example: La carta es pa' él / La carta es para él
    It's so informal, and is only used in some countries, like Chile.

    As said, it's the same as "Para". It's used in some regions of Spain, but it's only common to use it orally. It's too informal to use it in writing.
