Like everything else, it depends, in this case on what language you grew up speaking; if your mother tongue is Norwegian then German is going to be easier for you to pronounce than if you were, say, Vietnamese.
Having said that, German is very phonetic with not too many exceptions. That means you'll know how to pronounce a word when you read it (if you know the rules), which isn't the case with English, for example.
