first of all " Happy new year " :)
you should say " كل عام وانتم بخير بمناسبة العام الجديد "
kol a'am w antom bkhayr bmonasbt al ala'm al gaded .
note : " أنتم " >> "antom" is a Pronoun so it depends on how many people you talk to and their gender
a group of people = antom
one male person = anta "أنت"
one female person = ante "أنتي"
a group of only females = anton " أنتن "
