Is it possible to use house oven to make real Italian Pizza without stone platter?
I'm learning Italian and try to make thin-bottom pizza.
It's my second time failed by backing pizza at home.
I used fresh yeast, it worked very good. My dough get double-sized after 1:30 but it broke very easily during spreading on table. It's far away from movie scene that an Italian guy spreads it through throwing it into the air.
Does anybody has a best pratice recipe for making pizza?

Luckily the Italian language has nothing to do with pizza, although they both make your tongue and jaw bone move.
