i think it depends on your native language..if you speak turkish its more easier to learn russian due to prefixes and grammar structure, thus hard to learn english or german probably...whats you opinion?

I agree with you: it depends on your native language.
For an American, I think that Russian would be the most difficult language to speak, read, and write; then, the most difficult would be Japanese.
In my opinion, Chinese is a piece of cake compared with either Russian or Japanese!

Yes, it definitely depends on your native tongue. For example Finnish is one of the hardest languages, but for someone from Estonia it is walking in the park.
For me, I'm russian, English is a very difficult language. Even Japanese is easily than English. Spain is not difficult for me.
russian is very hard to study because of its grammer but easy to read like turkish. russian grammer has got grammatical pieces of all other languages :) i think chinese grammer is easy but pronounce and writing are horrible. as Gül said ' it depends on ur native lang.' for exm. how can you explain to english speakers 'зеленая зелень зеленит зеленую зелень(TR:yeşil yeşillik yeşil yeşilliği yeşillendirdi)' or how can russian or turkish speakers say it in english? :)
