¿Hay un orden para poner unos adjetivos?
Por ejemplo, quiero decir;
He visto un panorama magnífico bonito montañoso desde la ventana del tren.
¿Es correcto?

Esa frase se entiende, pero esta es mas correcta: He visto un magnifico y bonito panorama montañoso desde la ventana del tren.
Tambien puedes decir he visto un panorama magnifico, bonito y montanoso. El espaniol es algo flexible (RECUERDA LAS COMAS SI SON VARIOS ADJETIVOS, Y QUE ANTES DEL ULTIMO ADJECTIVO VA LA (Y) ). EJEMPLO:
Mi coneja es traviesa, juguetona y adorable.
Mi coneja es traviesa, juguetona y adorable.

there is no rule, the rule is if the sentence sounds good which is a irrelevant situation because
if it sounds good or bad depends of the spanish speakers only for example
Ella es una maravillosa persona

Ella es una persona maravillosa but
Ella es una chica inteligente
is not the same as saying
ella es una inteligente chica (THIS ONE IS WRONG. WHY?... despite it makes sense it doesnt sound good for us because we are not used to say it in this order)
but saying persona maravilloa and maravillosa persona
sounds good for us
See? so my recomendation is that you need to watch programmes or videos, or read
in spanish in order to get used to with the orfer depending of the adjectives
