Lo si può usare, ma il senso cambierebbe,
la tranquillità non sarebbe più del soggetto ma dell'azione.
The quietness wouldn't be anymore of the subject but of the action, the walking.
tranquillamente = in modo tranquillo.
It would be like writing
Quite I walk
against
I walk quietly, in a quite manner.
