In the first step, the governments should ban either the violent programs which are televised on TV, or selling of violent games. Secondly, they should legislate some regulations and laws in this regard to reduce the crime rate.One of the fundamental laws they should enact is to ban selling of guns within a society. The accessibility of guns can increase the crime rate more easily.
