    call me = اتصل بي
yes here it means call me so when i say call me please it would be in arabic
إتصل بي رجاءا ( itassil be raja an )

    1)
can i also say اتصل لي
this sentence u can used it but it have a slight difference in meaning .. it means call for me
for example if i wanna say to one of my friend call ahmed for me please .. here u can use إتصل لي
إتصل لي بأحمد = call ahmed for me ( itassil le be ahmed ) ..

    2)
can how to pronounce اتصل ittasil or attasil which one is better?
ittasil ofcourse u used it for call while attasil means he called
i will give examples for both

إتصل بي غدا = call me tomorrow ( ittasil be gadan )

while أتصل خالد على احمد البارحة = khaled called ahmed yesterday ( attasal khaled ala ahmed albarihah )

    1) how you say this sentence.

    2) can i say: أرسل لي رسالة إلكتروبية and are there any other way to say?

yes it 100 % correct but to be honest i never say it in my life we almost used it as in english but with arabic letters .. i always say
أرسل لي بالايميل = e-mail me ( arsil le be al email )

    3) the word "send" in arabic أرسل read as ( ur-sil, or ar-sil)?

    أرسل = arsal ( send ) = past tense

example .. أرسلت لك رسالة البارحه = i sent u message yesterday ( arsalt lek resalah albariheh )
يرسل = ur sil ( he sends ) = present tense
example mohamed sends message now to his freind = محمد يرسل رسالة الان لصاحبه ( muhammed yurssil resalah alaan le sahibih )

إرسل = arsil ( send ) = when u ask some one to send , so u said
إرسل لي = send me ( arsil lee )

    hope it useful

it is "ittasil" for voice calls
    As for texting
    you can use راسلني "rasilni"
    or
ارسل لي ايميل "arsil li email"
    in some arabic dialects
    ابعت لي ايميل
    eb3at li email
    the last one means
    send me an email
