1. time passes especially fast this year. finally, we are welcoming 2013. i hope it will be a good year and i will do my best! let's welcome he new year with an open heart!

This is the way i translated. maybe other people could translate it other way.
1. 올해의 시간은 특히 빠르게 지나갔다. 마침내 우리는 2013년을 맞이한다. 올해도 좋은 해이길, 그리고 내가 최선을 다하길 빈다. 열린 마음으로 새해를 맞이하자.
2. 내가 가장 두려워 하던 시간이 왔다. 모든 것이 잘되길 바란다. 난 지금 정말 걱정된다.
