    "It's just what I've always wanted!!"

    You use "in hindsight" when you're looking back at the past. There are many idioms and expressions for "weird", so I'm not sure where to start for you.

    If something feels weird, like you've seen it before, you say:
    Dejavu!
    I just had a dejavu.

    If a present is perfect you say:
    Just what I wanted!

    Can I say that a gift hits the bull's eye?
    A: Yes you can. It means it is the perfect gift. - I would say present, instead of gift.

    And how to say that something seems wierd
    A: eerie, uncanny, unearthly - synonyms : The trip in the woods was eerie because of all the dense fog.

    -->with hindsight?:
    A: Idioms: in retrospect ; in hindsight
    reconsidering the past with the knowledge one now has. In retrospect, I would have gone to a better college. David realized, in hindsight, that he should have finished school. Link: http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/in+hindsight
