I'm little bit confuse about (です)

Why does です in the first one basically change the meaning''Its all right'' and the second one です is saying ''I'm Jhonatan''?when です change this kind of function?does he makes what effort in the sentece....Or is not what I'm talking about?

    大丈夫です です Is like the "It's" of "It's All right"
    僕はジョナタンです。 です Is like the "am" of "I am Jhonatan"
    です is an auxiliar verb. Means To Be, and To Have in some cases
    Basically that's です... Is really simple

    (これは)-(omitted) subject 大丈夫です - predicate

    僕は - subject ジョナタンです - predicate
