you may use CD to call these three things, but they still have some differences.
唱片 is specific to describe singers' albums
光碟片 & 光碟 are the same. For me, i think 光碟片just emphasize on sense of "piece."
so.. it likes CD = 光碟片 & 光碟, and 唱片 is included in this kind of data storage device which specifically used as albums.
