Can you say me if my sentence is right or wrong ?
The correction of my exercise say me that: "あの カメラ と うでどけい は だれ の ですか."
But me I wrote: "だれ は あの カメラ と うでどけい の ですか."
Is it right too or totally wrong to write this ?

"だれ は あの カメラ と うでどけい の ですか." is wrong. If you want to start the sentence with だれ, you have to write :
"だれ が あの カメラ と うでどけい の もちぬし ですか" （もちぬし＝owner）
"だれ が あの カメラ と うでどけい の もちぬし ですか" （もちぬし＝owner）
You wrote wrong sentence. The sentence structure of "あの カメラ と うでどけい は だれ の ですか." is "That camera and watch are whose"
And "あの カメラ と うでどけい は だれ の もの ですか." is much better. もの = things
And "あの カメラ と うでどけい は だれ の もの ですか." is much better. もの = things
