è - is used mostly in the words with form: è+consonant+e: père, mère, cratère, ère, bibliothèque ... (find common in these words) this è is used here to make the syllable closed.
é - is used in OPENED syllables where you should prononce "ae" (like in engl "MET") not "oe" (like in french LE). For exemple the word "re-pe-ter". Here there are 2 opened syllables with "e". If you hear people pronouncing "rae-pae-ter" you have to add an accent é there, where you're hearing an "ae" sound in the OPENED syllables. If you won't use an accent in this case, this word would be read as "roe-poe-ter".
ê - is used where there was an "s" after some letter in latin. For ex. fête - feStival - in spanish fieSta etc. You have to remember such words.
ç - before A O U to read the letter "s" because without this hook it will be reading as "k", just like in eng.: façon, maçon, garçon, limaçon, Français...
ou - or
Où - where

Non, cette liste n'existe pas, les mots avec des accents (en é, è, à, etc.) sont beaucoup trop nombreux !
Même si cette liste existait, elle serait trop longue pour que même un Français l'apprenne.

les mots en é: fatigué.... ( presque tous )
les mots en è: peu
les mots en à: à déjà là de là-bas.
Nous on écrit au son, un étranger se sert de l'écriture pour trouver le son.
