「じゃない」と「ありません」のちがいはなんですか。

    ではありません (not just ありません) is the polite form of じゃない/ではない.

    じゃない is made of じゃ+ない, and じゃ is the collapsed form of では, the auxiliary verb で (the dictionary form is だ) + the binding particle は.

    ありません is the polite form (丁寧語) of ない.

    You can use じゃない, ではない and ではありません interchangeably when you use it at the end of a sentence. じゃない sounds more casual than ではない, and ではありません sounds politer than ではない.
