Creo que quizás te refieras o quieras expresar más bien:

"Las mujeres entre 20-30 años prefieren un estilo informal y sencillo"

También se podría decir, las mujeres entre 20~30 años persiguen un estilo informal como a su vez simple,

Otra opción:
Las mujeres que tienen entre 20 y 30 años y un son de estilo sencillo e informal.

Otra versión: Las mujeres entre 20 y 30 que persiguen un estilo informal y cómodo.

En vez de la virgulilla (~ se llama así), mejor utilizar y.
