Hello Japanese speaking members,
how can I say in Japanese "I want you to do something"?
Example:
I want you to work in the garden or
I want you to brush your teeth or
I want you to go to sleep now.

    "I want you to do ~ "
    わたしは あなたに 〜 して ほしい です。 or 〜してもらいたい です。

    Example:
    I want you to work in the garden.
    わたしは あなたに にわ で しごとを して ほしい です。

    I want you to brush your teeth.
    わたしは あなたに(あなたの)は を みがいて もらいたい です。

    I want you to go to sleep now.
    わたしは いま あなた に ねむって ほしい です。

    Another example is :
    I want you to make coffee for me.
    わたしは あなたに (わたしのために) コーヒー を いれて ほしい です。
