Am I translate into English correctly ?
1) 朝は忙しいので時間を節約したい人が多いはずです
It should be a lot of people want to save the morning busy time.
What meant by this ので and はず in the sentence ?
2) しかし去年１年の売り上げは、前の年より少なくなりました。
However, one year sale is increasing last year, compare to last year, it is become very less.
What meant by this 少なくなりました, sukunai - sukunaku naru - sukunaku narimashita.

1. The sentence is hard to translate as there is no context. But I'll try:
There will be lots to do tomorrow, so I expect there'll be a lot of people economising with their time.
2. 少なくなりました = became little
Since it is used with より it means "less" here.
"Last year's sales were down on the previous year."
