this proverb said for greedy people who want everything for
for themselves even the deth of the poor people on Friday , as you know Friday is a holy day in islam even in this they green eyed .

it indicates the level of how much some people envy others , by saying "they even envy the poor for dying on friday" ( knowing that dying on friday is like a bless for muslims)
