몇 질문, 주로 "건지", "거지" 따위에 데해서...

아래 문장에 "거지" 어미가 있는데, 뜻이 어떻게 된다고 궁금해요.

"니 맘이 궁금해,
싫지 않은게 아니라 좋은거지"

제 생각에는, 이 문장에서 "(으)ㄴ/는 것" (Emphasis : "the thing is that, the fact is that") 강조 표현 쓰여요. 그리고 끝에 있는 "지" "~지(요)" ("Seeking agreement : isn't it ? right ?") 제안 표현이에요.

그럼, 이 문장을 그렇게 설명해요 :

"니 맘이 궁금해,
싫지 않은 [것이] 아니라 좋은 [것이지요?]"

지격 (하나도 예쁘지 않지만 정확한 것) :

"I wonder about your heart,
The fact is that you don't dislike me and that you like me (indeed), isn't it ?"

설명이 맞아요 ?

그리고, 아래 문장에서, "떨리는건지" 말이 "떨리[는 것] + (으)ㄴ/는지" 뜻을 나타내요?
[는 것] : 강조 표현, emphasis : "the thing is that, the fact is that"

"똑같이 말할 수 있는데
왜 난
떨리는건지, 자꾸 망설이는지"

번역 (직역) :

"I can say such things,
But why
Is it the fact that I shake, and hesitate over and other ?"

설명하고 번역 맞아요?

마지막으로, 아래 문장에서 "~다면" 어미가 인용 (quotation) 뜻을 나타내요, 조건법 뜻을 나타내요?

"~다" 어미가 "은/는다고 하다" 뜻을 나타내 요, 아니면 다른 뜻 있어요?

"사실 난, 이 느낌이 이상해
구름 위가 있다면 여길까"

제 번역 (직역) :

"Truth be told, this feeling is strange to me
Should I consider that this is what you feel when you are on top of a cloud ?"
(Quoting what I consider/think)

그 번역 맞아요?

그 긴 질문 읽고 대답해 줘서 정말 고맙습니다!

    1. "니 맘이 궁금해. 싫지 않은 [것이] 아니라 좋은 [것이지요?]"
Direct translation: I wonder about your heart. It's not that you do not dislike me, rather you like me, don't you.

    ~이 아니라: It's not ~, rather
    ~것이 아니라: It's not that ~, rather

과일이 아니라 채소예요. It's not fruit, rather it's vegetable.
관심 있는게 아니라 친절한 거예요. It's not that he's interested in you, rather he's just being nice to you.

    2. "똑같이 말할 수 있는데, 왜 난 떨리는건지, 자꾸 망설이는지"
Direct Translation: I can talk in the usual manner, but I don't know why I tremble and hesitate often.

You must be translating Korean song lyrics for somebody or for yourself. This sentence has one colloquial expression, and a verb was omitted.

Here, 똑같이 말하다 literally means to speak as the same, usual self, or as the same way. Looking at the sentence as a native Korean speaker, I could tell 몰라 or 궁금해 was omitted after ~하는 건지.

    I don't know that ~: ~건지 몰라요, ~것인지 몰라요
    I don't know why~: 왜 ~건지 몰라요
    I don't know when~: 언제 ~건지 몰라요

편지가 언제 온건지 몰라요: I don't know when the letter arrived.

    3. "사실 난, 이 느낌이 이상해. 구름 위가 있다면 여길까"
Direct Translation: Truthfully to me, this feeling is strange. If top of a cloud exist, would that be here?

To answer you question, it's a conditional sentence.
