    話をしてくれます = 話をする+ くれる + ます
    話をする - to talk
    くれる - indicates the direction of the action towards (in this case) the speaker

    「してくれます」 = Someone does something to a person. In case of this sentence, "Ms.Rosa talk to me nice story always"

    話=(a noun) a tale, a story (The お is a polite prefix)
    を=the particle as an object marker
    して=the conjugated form(連用形) of the verb する, "to do". "話をする" means "to tell a story."
    くれます=the polite form of "くれる". くれる can be used as a verb(動詞) or a subsidiary verb(補助動詞). It's a subsidiary verb in this case. It means "For someone to do something for you", 「人が自分に、または自分の側の者に対して何かをすることを表す」(excerpt from http://ejje.weblio.jp/content/%E3%81%97%E3%81%A6%E3%81%8F%E3%82%8C%E3%82%8B
