The direct object takes the Accusative case.Neuter nouns don't change in the Accusative. So, it's really simple:
море = the sea
Я вижу море.
I can see the sea.
зеркало = a mirror
Я смотрюсь в зеркало.
I'm looking into the mirror.
море = the sea
