지금 바쁜 사람이 여기 있어요

지금 바쁜 사람이 여기 있어요
The busy man is here now.

1) I am not sure if 지근 and 여기 are in the right place - this just seemed best. How do you know where to put them?

2) Is it possible to make past/future tense descriptive verb adjectives?

I know you can do this with action verbs, like 먹다.
먹은 사과 = the apple that has been eaten
먹는 사과 = the apple that is being eaten now
먹을 사과 = the apple that will be eaten

With 바쁘다, the adjective "busy" is 바쁜. How/Can you follow the above rules to get "was busy" and "will be busy"?

The man who was busy is here now. = ??
The man who will be busy is here now. = ??

    1. "있어요" always goes with the location particle '에'
    여기(에) 있어요.

    2. "지금" is modifying the adjective "바쁜" meaning...
"지금(은) 바쁜(= BEING busy ,especially NOW)"
"The busy man is here now" would be "바쁜 사람이 지금 여기 있어요"

    3. I can say YES for adjectives but a bit different from verbs when modifying nouns.
    바쁜 사람 = a man who is busy.(the present tense, - (으)ㄴ)
바빴던 사람 or 바쁘던 사람 = a man who used to be busy.
(not the past tense exactly, -(으) 던 or -았/었/였던)
바쁠 사람 = a man who will be busy, I guess. ( -(으)ㄹ)
