These things 、。in a sentence you guys take a little pause aswell ????????? I mean in when you guys are reading in your language.....I know is a stupid question I'm just wondering

Yep, these have the same pausing/stopping effect as English punctuation marks. I guess you've realized that the differences in Japanese with English writing/typing is that Japanese don't give spaces between words.
