qual e' la differenza tra "raffreddore" e "influenza"?

Quando ho il raffreddore , ho il naso pieno o che cola (che gocciola) e starnutisco e uso molti fazzoletti ... e molto spesso non sento i gusti dei cibi . Per darti un'idea , diciamo che con l'influenza stai molto peggio e come minimo hai la febbre a 38 gradi. Ho pensato che tu avessi l'influenza perchè hai parlato di un malessere fisico generale , ti sentivi senza forze : a me il raffreddore non fa stare così male.
