the first sentence is correct. another is not all right. you can say like this. 他英语说得太好了。

I do not think that the first sentence is very exactly,"This is an imported product" You'd better say "这是进口货" or "这是进口产品"."He speaks English very well" You can say"他英语说得很好"or”他说英语说得很好“

In most cases you can just say: "这是进口货" and “他的英语说得太好了".
