إن أي نجاح لايتحقق إلا بفشل الاخرين هو في حقيقته هزيمة ترتدي ثياب النصر
Any success that does not achieve except by failing of others; is in reality a defeat that wears the clothes of victory.
الاخرين = THE OTHERS
ترتدي = WEARS
ربما ننفق كل العمر كي نثقب ثغرة..ليمر النور للأجيال مرة
We may spend all life to drill a hole (Lacuna) .. in order to pass light to the new generations.
الأجيال = The generations
الكتاب هو الخطاب المُوجّه إلى الأصدقاء المجهولين على وجه الأرض
Book is the speech which is directed to the ignorant friends on the earth.
المُوجّه = is directed

I think Shaimaa has told me everything, i just want to add something new for you.
about
ترتدي = it could be " she wears" ---------- because in arabic the verb reffers to someone even if we don't use the pronuns, it's the same in Spanish.
and about the meaning of مرة it's مِرَّة and that means الأصالة، الزنانة،
we say : هذا الشخص ذو مرة and that means : that person is sober (someone knows what he says)
in the context this word means the sobriety, the originality, the reasonable generation.
