I wonder if I should pronounce p,t,k as b,d,g sounds respectively before a vowel? Like tu /du/, porte /bɔrt/,carte /gart/? Merci d'avance! :)

No. You should pronounce 'd' as 'd', 'p' as 'p' , etc. It would be (very) incorrect to pronounce those letters differently when they are before vowels.
