Most children are suffering from lack of mobility and also isolation. They try to keep themselves away from their real friends and family, so they are afflicted with depression and solitude.

I wouldn't use lack of mobility in this sentence because it doesn't make sense. It would imply that most children are physically impaired. Also I would use loneliness instead of solitude.
