What is the best time to talk with Mandarin speakers?
I live in the U.S. in the Eastern time zone and would like to know what is the best time to catch most Mandarin speakers. When I am on during the day there aren't many people online so I imagine it is due to the time difference.

yea,time difference.your morning would be good to catch mandarin speakers i guess,or evening.
