who can tell how to change the pic of italki account?

Hover over your name at the top of the page and click, Edit Profile.
It will take you to your profile and parts of your profile will have a little pen at the end of the section. If you look at your picture, on the bottom right of it there should be a grey or light pen icon. Click it and upload your new picture :D
