Yes, there is. To a male friend you should say "shalom, haver"(שלום, חבר),
and to a female friend you say "shalom, havera"(שלום, חברה).
you can also replace the word "שלום" with "היי"(hi).
and to a female friend you say "shalom, havera"(שלום, חברה).
