In Romaji (Japanese in Roman letters) what Matsu-san said is:
1-> (Literal translation) Watashi wa Nippon iku koto wo ureshiku omoimasu. Utsukushii kunidesu ne!
2-> (Natural translation) Watashi wa Nippon ni ikeru koto wo ureshiku omoimasu.

私は日本に行くことをうれしく思います。美しい国ですね。(Literal translation) 私は日本に行けることをうれしく思います。→ I am glad to be able to visit Japan. It is more natural sentence in Japanese.
I would say, "nihon ni korarete ureshii des. nihon wa utsukushii kuni des".
Matsu's suggestion is not bad but false because 行く means to go.
